Join us every March for InCourage’s largest fundraiser of the year! Domestic Chef brings together 20+ local chefs who showcase their signature dishes for an unforgettable evening of exceptional food, exciting auctions, and community connection. This special event not only celebrates local talent but also creates extraordinary impact by raising critical funds to support InCourage’s mission and services.
Join us each April for our annual Sexual Assault Awareness Month 5K at Red Arrow Park in Manitowoc. This community event welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you choose to walk, run, or simply come out to cheer on others, your presence helps raise awareness, show support for survivors, and strengthen our community’s commitment to ending sexual violence.

The annual Maritime Marathon, hosted each June in Manitowoc, benefits several nonprofit organizations throughout Manitowoc County. As a Boston Marathon qualifier, the event attracts runners and spectators from across the Midwest and beyond. InCourage proudly coordinates the water and Gatorade station at the finish line, where volunteers help celebrate participants’ accomplishments by providing refreshments and enthusiastic encouragement.
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and beginning in 2026, InCourage will host The Art of Resilience: An Evening of Hope & Awareness. This public art gallery event will showcase artwork from community members in a variety of mediums, highlighting themes of hope, strength, healing, and the realities faced by those impacted by domestic violence. Through creativity and storytelling, this event invites the community to raise awareness, support survivors, and reflect on the journey toward safety and resilience.

Twice each year, InCourage sends Mid-Year and End-of-Year Appeal letters to thousands of supporters throughout Manitowoc County and across the United States. Mailed in May and December, these campaigns raise critical funds that help provide life-changing services to survivors and their families. Volunteers play an important role by stuffing, sealing, and addressing envelopes. It’s a simple, rewarding way to make a meaningful impact and even more fun when you bring a friend and turn it into a day of giving back together!
Throughout the year, local businesses and community organizations host events that benefit InCourage and help support our mission. These community-led fundraisers and awareness events provide valuable opportunities for people to get involved and show their support. We share upcoming events as soon as details become available so our supporters can participate and help make a difference.
